Crying Nut has been one of the leading punk bands out of South Korea since they were formed in the mid-1990s. They are perhaps the only punk band in the world to have to go on hiatus for a couple of years while band members fulfilled their national compulsory military service. They just reformed last year and released their 5th album this summer.
